Position Overview:
The eCommerce Assistant will report to the Director, eCommerce. An ideal candidate will be hardworking, organized, highly communicative and enthusiastic to be joining our team. As a member of a high performing and fun marketing & eCommerce team, your role is to help us maintain an optimized shopping experience across our digital platforms.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
· Support the eCommerce team in administrative duties and special projects relating to photo shoots, digital design, social media, and marketing
· Create new products and collections in Shopify including descriptions, images, tagging, metafields, review grouping, and testing
· Assist with product drops and collection launches to ensure an elevated shopping experience for the Frankies Bikinis customer, including pushing all brand marketing assets live for new collection drops and promotions (including custom landing pages and marketing images)
· Work in the Shopify backend to perform updates on www.frankiesbikinis.com including asset and copy updates, product markdowns, discounts, and more
· Support the eCommerce team in managing the Frankies Bikinis app, including asset and copy updates, customer acquisition strategies and push notifications
· Support with the set-up and execution of the CRM calendar including email and SMS briefs
· Participate in the ongoing merchandising of the Frankies Bikinis website to prioritize new arrivals, back in stock styles, best sellers, and more. Manage and analyze customer reviews and feedback to create accurate on-site product information
· Stay on top of all inventory and delivery dates for products that are currently on pre-order and update in Shopify on an ongoing basis
· Produce and analyze web performance reports and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
· Provide production assistance for all eCommerce photoshoots, as well as manage and organize all clothing samples for the purpose of photoshoots and beyond
· Oversee the coordination of all eCommerce photography; managing communication with photographers and retouchers, organizing feedback and final assets, and aligning with deadlines for all product launches
· Review the website in an ongoing capacity to ensure the accuracy of products, links, imagery, inventory, and site features
Education/Requirements:
· 1-3 years of experience working in an eCommerce role, ideally within the fashion industry
· Proficiency and familiarity with Shopify and/or other eCommerce software
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar field
· A team player who takes initiative and is proactive and energetic
· Ability to collaborate and communicate positively with cross functional teams
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· General software and computer skills: Shopify, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (ex: Photoshop)
· Must be proficient in Excel and iOS/Apple operating systems
· Being a Frankies brand enthusiast is a plus!
Salary Range:
The hourly rate salary range for this position is $20-$22 per hour. Actual salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, the candidate’s related work experience. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus, although incentive compensation is not guaranteed
